Romain Bardet (AG2R La Mondiale) seems fully recovered from his hard fall in the final stage of La Volta Catalunya with a great top-10 performance yesterday to finish 9th in the Amstel Gold Race. While in the women's race, Danish cyclist Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig of Bigla took 6th place, continuing her strong form following her 3rd position a few weeks ago at the Tour des Flanders.

Great results are the fruit of continuous and daily work and both cyclists train and compete with ROTOR's 2INpower Road power meter so they can evaluate their fitness in the most precise way. Analysing ROTOR's proprietary metrics, measuring balance in both legs independently, torque effectivness & the roundness of the pedal stroke (Pedal Smoothness). Cecilie and all her teammates on Bigla Pro Cycling Team, opt to use Q RINGS® oval chainrings, currently the only professional road team where all members use oval chainrings. MTB - Victories in VolCAT and Vuelta Ibiza   Italian rider Eva Lechner produced an impressive victory in VolCAT, over a demanding 4 stage Marathon format. In addition, former professional road cyclist David Arroyo, this year wearing the colors of Elite UCI MTB team Primaflor-Mondraker-ROTOR, claimed victory in the XIX Vuelta Ibiza BTT competing in the individual format. In the team category of the same race, cyclocross duo Ismael Esteban and Felipe Orts took 3rd place on the podium delivering a great performance in a discipline that is not their specialty.

Both Lechner and Arroyo, as well as Esteban and Orts, all use Direct Mount Q RINGS® oval chainrings, which allows them to reduce daily fatigue and get better performance from each pedal stroke, to face the hard challenges of MTB stage competitions. All of them also benefit from the use of the 2INpower MTB power meter, so they can regulate their efforts in the long days of MTB, allowing them to check accumulated fatigue stage after stage with the independent power measurement in each leg. This data allows them to know if the level of effort of each leg is maintained throughout the daily stages, or if one of the legs is more fatigued than the other, facilitating the work of the masseuse to manage recovery.
